This class is just to get you move’n stretch’n and laugh’n
learn to move your body, listen to some great tunes – belly dance is FUN
a great way to get in the grove for upcoming showcase in DEC 2025

FEE $200 (pay for 10 weeks get 11 weeks )

we will review and fine tune our FEYYAH (beledi) belly dance piece
and start work on something NEW as well as incorporate new dance steps and movements
Perhaps VEIL (I love playing with veils)

ARE YOU READY TO LEARN BELLYDANCE? Well you’ve made the first step – you’re showing interest in the world’s oldest dance. We are classy, sassy, fun and most of all it is a journey into many of Middle-Eastern beautiful dances – which include Raqs SHARQI or DANSE ORIENTALE, folkloric, fusion and traditional. The first place to start is RIGHT HERE in a Beginner Foundation BASICS Classes. Throughout the class you will become more aware of your posture, re-discover your muscles and delve into your feminine side. There are so many wonderful things to learn about the Art of BellyDance. Did I mention GLITZ? SPARKLES? BLING? There are 3 levels of beginners before you move to the next level. Everyone starts here.

OK LADIES I added this one to the time so that those working later can attend this FUN FUN CLASS
again it is a BEGINNERS CLASS – some returning BEGINNERS during the SUMMER might enjoy this one.
NEW LADIES ARE ALSO WELCOME … we will do BASICS of THE MOVES and Keep everyone WORKING ON THOSE BASICS … then I will also add a real lovely CHORE … (don’t know that we will have it ready for a student show … but we will enjoy learning it)
Never danced (not a problem) have two left feet (not a problem)
Want to learn something FUN, BEAUTIFUL, and CHALLENGING …. then you are at the right class
We start with a WARM-UP / LEARN how to — move our hands and arms — rib cage and torso — and let’s not forget HIPS
Learn basic fundamentals of movements for belly dance. We use Middle-Eastern Music in class. We learn in a safe and friendly environment. We have lots of fun and laughs. Get ready to move every part of your body.
