COSTUME CLASS / WORKSHOP SERIES – COIN BRA/BELT
BRA MAKING CLASS – SUNDAY, MARCH 16, 2025
Learn how to make a costume bra that fits! Instructions will be provided
WHERE: Ariellah’s SEWING ROOM (Ar’s home)
TIME: 10:00 to 4:00 PM – 6 hours of HANDS ON INSTRUCTION
WHAT TO BRING: Scissors, Thread, Pins – Light Lunch YOU WILL NEED:
BRA: (one size bigger cup than your normal size) – good underwire with solid cups – avail at Wal-Mart, between $10 & $16 maybe less (I also have bras that you can purchase from me – $5 to $10)
FABRIC: “Satin” 1/2 Metre – SATIN in either Gold or SILVER or Copper OR Stretch Velvet – I have plenty of fabric … so you can purchase from me ($5 to $10)
DECORATE: with COIN BELT set – purchase from me – $50 for 1 complete coin chain to make the BELT / $25 for 1/2 belt to be used when making a BRA – depending on your bust size you may have to use a full chain set / colours – GOLD or SILVER
TRIM: for STRAPS & added decoration on the cups Bring a pair of “OLD” Jeans – for making straps (I have plenty of jean fabric – we will need a sewing machine to line the straps and make them.
HOOKS: we will require hooks for the back and the halter-type strap around the neck. $5
Making a Bra requires hand sewing….so if some of you don’t know how to use a sewing machine…..no problem – all the bra sewing is done by hand – except the straps ….. decorating the bra is done by hand too.
Bras MADE by Ariellah – $95 (includes Bra, Fabric, Decoration) and TLC
Belts MADE by Ariellah – $95 (includes sizing, fabric, decoration) and TLC
Ariellah can also design and make TRIBAL Bras & Belts upon request.
WORKSHOP FEE:
Fee: $45 payable to Lotus BellyDance Studio SPACE LIMITED room for 6 ladies
